De La Soul + PAX, Day Three

The De La Soul concert was a couple more songs and a couple less stoned douchebags away from being outright amazing, but I'm fine with settling for really, really good. It was pretty much a greatest hits show with them going through all of their big songs with a couple of lesser-known tracks from De La Soul is Dead thrown in too. They had a live band backing them and it was really tremendous, I think De La Soul, The Roots, and Kanye West (when he's sane) prove that having a backing band is cruise control for a good hip-hop show.

And now, one last day of PAX.
