It's finally over.
Mar. 8th, 2005 08:28 pmI now know why Qwest's tech support/customer relations are praised in their commercials. I just talked to quite possibly the best tech support person on the planet. She was nice, coherent, funny, and she fixed my DSL connection in three minutes.
I am now back on the laptop full time. I AM NOW BACK ON THE LAPTOP FULL TIME! IT'S FINALLY OVER! IT'S FINALLY, FINALLY OVER!
