It's not finally over.

I try to turn the laptop on and I get nothing but a white screen.

I am never buying a laptop from Dell again (unless the warranties everywhere else suck).

The problem revealed.

Okay, now my monitor's screen doesn't work. Dell's sending a new one. The good news is that if there is ever another fuckup they have to send a new laptop, no questions asked. Ugh. I'm going to have to call some people about coming out to install the screen later today, I think.

I have the weirdest laptop ever.

As it turns out, if I continually switch where it's plugged in to I can get past the white screen of death. But to be safe I'm not turning my laptop off until the new screen is installed.

Today was good. I did the Mat Morgan Nostalgia Tour 2005: First Wave today by wandering through Garfield and running into someone I was friends with in 8th grade and then I went to Washington Middle School, ran into my old Japanese teacher, and talked to her for like half an hour or so. It was pretty darn good.

Now I'm just going to take it easy for a bit and adore DSL.

FUCK.

The Pillows are playing in Seattle in a couple of weeks.

And it's twenty-one and over.
